Im about to start an rpm/drive stack..i think i have my dosing down, but can somebody look over it for me just to make sure?
I lift hard twice a week, with high intensity cardio 3 days a week...i have my dosing as followss...
3 pre-workout on Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri/Sat (All either cardio or lift days)
1 in the morning on Wed/Sun (offdays)
5 Mon/Thur (lift days)
4 Tue/Fri/Sat (cardio days)
3 Wed/Sun (offdays)
....Im thinking of running a log, so that others can give me their input or suggestions, on how to tweak my plan for maximum results....iv got to get my dosing down first though
