On that note, IGF-2 and NeoVar Recomped are great for anyone (especially females) who want to simultaneously gain muscle mass AND stay relatively lean (i.e. recomp).

Well, I have been extremely busy lately and not motivated to go workout for a couple weeks and i took some drive and rpm. my weights were still the same weight and reps and i felt some nice energy from the rpm. so they seemed to work good :thumbsup:
