IGF-2 & prewo meal

I understand that Igf-2 needs to be dosed on an empty stomach 45 min before working out. When can I fit in my prewo meal?

Depends WHAT your pre-workout meal consists of.

However, the recomped version of IGF-2 only needs to be dosed first thing in the morning and last thing at night, so this should eliminate the issue of dosing 45-min pre-training.

I'm going to be eating a cup of oatmeal and 2 scoops of whey. I just ordered igf-2 from nutraplanet and got the old version. that sucks

Ok so you got the old version...gee no problem there bud. Just get a bottle of bioperine and your set. The old version kicks ass as it is. I am most likely the one person with the most experience using IGF-2 (most of my experience is from the original old version). Since you have the old version...take it 3 times daily...if you are taking it with bioperine as I have instructed than you can get away with taking it 30 mins prior to eating and 30 mins after eating. Take your doses first thing when you get up, 30 mins after your pre-workout meal, and right before bed.

if possible, to maximize results, you might want to try and take it at times when you've had minimal carbs in the prior hour, and not take in significant carbs in the 2 hours after dosing. That really maximizes the GH surge.

How to tell if you have the Original or Recomped formulation of IGF-2

You should be able to tell from the dosing instructions on the label. Also from the ingredient profiles.

Ingredient profile comparison between original and recomped versions of IGF-2:

Original IGF-2 (700 mg per capsule):
Safed Musli (50% extract)
Mucuna Pruriens (standardized to 25% L-Dopa)

The new formula is MORE potent than the original, having a STRONGER extract of L-Dopa, and adding to its ingredient profile Bioperine.
