I want to stak m-stak along with stak.

that what times should I take the pills ? or should i take the stak for the first 3 weeks then do 42 days on the m-stak

You can run them together for 21 or 42 days, or you can run them separately. I'd run them together for the best gains.

Take Stak preWO, 30-45min pre
Take M-stak 3-4hrs apart from Stak
