hey guys, this is absolutely a stupid question but im gonna ask it anyway. Im a bit confused about the amount of powder to use because of the label. The label says a serving is 3 scoops. But, under dosage it says to "mix 1 scoop with 10 ounces of your beverage of choice." Is that just referring to the fact that you should have 10 oz of liqud for each scoop or is that the recommended dosage?

If you dont understand the question I can totally understand that too, i may just be a little slow lately...hahaha

I just took a look at it. Its a little confusing, I agree. For best results, just take 3 scoops (one full serving) postWO.
