Is this strickly for cutting?

Mainly im thinking about the duiretic complex.

Would this be for an all out cut before a content or the summer beach scene?

Where does the water come out from? Intracellular or Extracellular.

Does this depletion of water effect the intenisty of heavy-duty workout?

Could you take creatine with it?

I really like that it has oolong tea, one of the only 2 products that contains it.

im asking this because all out cuts never work for, with any diet or fatburn, for the long term. I like to lose weight steadily over the long term.

Thanks.

That is exactly what it is for. Just follow the directions on the can for best results. Also if you find you are sensitive to the stims or the diuretic complex both are removable components. They can be removed from only one of your two packs a day or both depending on your needs. Obviously the products optimum performance is realized if you can take the whole thing but that one size fits all mentality doesn't work for everyone so Animal has built a lot of flexibility into this one. Especially since it is a cutting product and therefor your nutritional intake and balance is all the more critical.

For a good steady cut like you are looking for 2 cans back to back is best.

Make sure you keep your diet/training/cardio consistent and dialed in as well for your absolute best results.

And yes, you can take creatine with it. I'm taking Storm with it now and having no issues drinking around 1-2 gallons of water a day.
