help with Taco-8 & animal pak

I'm using Taco-8 & 1-T from primordial performance
I think stacking Taco-8 with animal pak is too much vitamin E
I'm thinking to remove the pill that contain vitamin E
which one is it? and what else will I lose by removing that pill ?

I don't think you'll have any concerns of over doing the vitamin E bro. Not unless you are taking even more Vitamin E supplements beyond what you get from the Pack and the Taco-8.

As for which pill contains the vit E, I honestly do not know if that information is available.

That was great wasn't it? I wish they would make one of those for the current Pak. The Pak has been though many improvements since then though so that picture there is out of date now.
