Not like an everday thing but I just got this nagging headache that won't go away so I popped 200 mg of ibuprofen and I plan on workingout later tonight using stak and pump.
I've done it. When the pain goes into over drive and you have to do something about it. IBP is what works for me so when I've had to do it, I do it. Also, Tylenol is good if you want to just knock the edge off the pain but not deal with the whole NSAIDS thing.
Pain pisses me off so it usually equates to an awesome workout.
