Ok well here it goes. The highly anticipated
lean-cut. I am currently running mmv3 5-6 doses a day and started adding lean-cut sat at 2 doses.
I'll give my starting weight tomorrow with pics. Only have one bottle so we will see how it goes.

How has MMV3 been treating you and how long you been on it?
Been on mmv3 since 3/30. So 18 days at 5x a day. Mmv3 was causing some abdominal cramping while doing crunches.. It has been slimming me down. Well so hasn't the past 5 days cuz I had 5 pills of old dex that I needed to make it through some rough days at work. With waking up at 3 am and not going to bed till 8-9 ish. Also I was adding 50 mcg of pure t2 before bed. Made me sweat all night and it also dehydrated me so in the mornings my weight was dropping like crazy. Last night was the last of that tho. This mornings weight was 185 but that will change cuz I'm no longer taking that stuff. So real weight without being dehydrated will be tomorrow.

Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day. Usually always the same 3-4 large eggs and egg whites with steak and a banana..

Thanks. Just wish I was running 2 bottles instead of just one.. We will see how it goes tho.

What type of steak is that? Just curious cuz it looks nice and juicy unlike the sirloins I got over last summer.

I believe it's a tenderloin. Fridge has a couple pack in there so I'll look tomorrow morning. I also don't cook my steaks fully . I leave them so the middle is rare. Keeps them good..

Down ~4lbs then?
Yes sir.. And I'm consuming between 2,000 -2,500 cals while keeping my carbs close to 100g and protein is always close to 190g.. Don't feel right at this weight. It's all in my head tho.. Gotta think thin/cut... I have never been thin to this point. After pct and rest time will be considering some bulk-up.

On a side note I think 2 caps is a good dose but feel AF should have put 60caps per bottle for the same price. For at least a 30 day supply. But can't knock them for only putting in 45 per bottle due to ingredients being pricey.

Nice plan indeed...with some time off between... then you can run BULK-UP starting from a leaner body...would be so much easier to see lean muscle gains and intercept fat gain...beach body mode!!

That's a ****load of volume for arms, damn. I do concentration curls with 20's-25's and do 3 sets of 6-8 lmao. Good **** man!

No pain no gain lol had to make sure my muscles were dead tired. Chest day today. Was supposed to be chest and tri but I'll make those up tomorrow. Working out from home today cuz the wife wants to go out and do stuff. Hitting the bench when I get home! Oooh yeah!

Well I think I gave pin pointed my recent weight gain. I do believe it's from my snack at work. Blt wrap and cottage cheese, witch both have a good amount of sodium. Think my body is just retaining more water due to sodium intake. So it's time to cut them out..

Easy on those leg curls for the hamstrings. Very dangerous workout for your future. Has the ability to really impair you from jumping etc. These are good for high volume moderate weight. The burn feels great but just gotta watch the numbers. Has something to do with jackin up your spine

I believe it cuz with high #'s u cant sit without arching ur back .

I'll be following ur log. As for the kicking in feel into the second week u should start noticing it. Yes I have lost weight More in the stomach area. I dont have calipers so not sure how much my bf%changed. I only ran one bottle. I saw u are running 2 bottles at 2 caps a day. I think that is the best dosing for 6-8 weeks.

Although very pricey, 2 bottles at 2 caps seems to be the sweet spot. That would be a great cycle before summer.

I'd say one week into PCT is a solid choice. That way you can see if your body has any negative bounce back after taking it.
