  3. Well I think I gave pin pointed my recent weight gain. I do believe it's from my snack at work. Blt wrap and cottage cheese, witch both have a good amount of sodium. Think my body is just retaining more water due to sodium intake. So it's time to cut them out..

  12. Easy on those leg curls for the hamstrings. Very dangerous workout for your future. Has the ability to really impair you from jumping etc. These are good for high volume moderate weight. The burn feels great but just gotta watch the numbers. Has something to do with jackin up your spine

    I believe it cuz with high #'s u cant sit without arching ur back .

  14. Ill be starting my lean cut run/log next week. When did you really feel this kicking in? Any bf changes thus far?

    I'll be following ur log. As for the kicking in feel into the second week u should start noticing it. Yes I have lost weight More in the stomach area. I dont have calipers so not sure how much my bf%changed. I only ran one bottle. I saw u are running 2 bottles at 2 caps a day. I think that is the best dosing for 6-8 weeks.

  16. Although very pricey, 2 bottles at 2 caps seems to be the sweet spot. That would be a great cycle before summer.

    I'd say one week into PCT is a solid choice. That way you can see if your body has any negative bounce back after taking it.

    Thanks. I could use a better diet routine. My diet now looks like this

    Breakfast: meal 1:
    3 large eggs
    Roughly about 4 egg whites ( don't measure)
    4-8 oz steak
    Banana

    Meal 2: snack
    Low carb wrap
    3 slices low sodium turkey bacon
    2 tblsp miracle whip
    1/2 of a tomato
    And lettuce
    1 cup cottage cheese

    Meal 3: lunch
    1 8 oz chicken breast
    1-2 cups mixed veggies
    1 apple
    1 cup grapes
    1 kobani Greek yogurt

    Meal 4: supper
    8 oz chicken, pork, haddock, steak or turkey breast
    1-2 cups mixed veggies


    Drinks :
    Water or Arizona diet green tea with ginseng
    1 30g protein shake

    Weekends arnt that good. I'll usually have 2 cheat meals but no fast food McDonald's $h!7.

    How's it look?
    I wanna cut a lil more for now but will be bulking around July .
