Never tried GMS alone.. do you guys see any need to add taurine or electrolytes, as another company has done prior?

Interested in this but I have never tried GMS before. Is the current dosing directions on the tub the same for everyone (1 serving of 3.3g 1 per day) or is there a certain grams per kg/lbs dosage that is optimal.

That's pretty typical dosing. 1-4 grams depending on preference
