22 days too short for 3AD?

this will be my first PH cycle ever, so I figure I'd start with a 22 day cycle then go to one bottle of aPCT.

Is this going to be even worth my time or should i do 2 bottles (44 days).

Tough call, really. Though I'm confident that you'd see some results in 22.5 days, you may opt to go at it a bit more if you'd like. For your weight, I'd actually recommend doing 6/day instead of 4/day, which would shorten the bottle even more (15 days if math isn't failing today). 2 bottles at that dose would be 30 days - a good cycle IMO. Eventhough this is your first PH cycle, 3-AD is safe enough for you to go with.

Another option would be to taper 2 bottles, dosing each week as follows: 4-6-6-6-4. That would ease you in and out of things, and is often something that is recommended for first time users. Again, just another option to think about.

Regardless of which way you go here, 1 bottle of aPCT (30 days @ 3/day) will be sufficient PCT. You won't need any support supplements, just food!

hey tim, I was actually thinking about 3-ad for my next run @ what you just said(4-6-6-6-4). Is only 4 weeks of aPCT sufficient? My spidey-sense's tells me to @least 5weeks apct, if not longer. what do you think? too much?..thnx bro.

Welp, put it this way... If running a protocol like that and then only 4 weeks of aPCT is NOT sufficient...I'm screwed!!

Nah, just joking. I'd say that for that range, you still should be OK. However, if you are low on the experience end of the spectrum, or if you aren't above that 220 mark on the scale, I don't really see a reason why a dose of 6/day is going to be that much better for you than 4/day. Just keep it simple!

Edit: Scratch that last part about weight... I just looked at your stats after posting. I'd say that scheme should be decent for ya. But, the knowledge is out there for anybody caring to read.

Dosing is always by total bodyweight.

It is actually based on total body volume (believe it or not), but since this is like impossible to measure, we go by bodyweight, which tends to correlate with volume with a decent enough accuracy.

Yeah, your body's chemistry is all probability related.

If you remember back to high school algebra, they always had that dart board problem with the probability of hitting a bulls-eye. Probability is the size of the bulls-eye divided by the size of the board (although this assumes they thrower is good enough to actually HIT the dartboard ). For your body's drug/supplement chemistry we're doing something to a similar regard, only in 3-D.

well i got the 2nd bottle, and now that im 2 weeks into I'm going to go 6 a day for the next 3 weeks. last week will be 4 a day.

I talked to AX and they confirmed that 200 lbs is the breaking point and w/ me weighing in @ 227~ its still ok

so far im enjoying this. I hit a strong point back in last december that i haven't been able to get back, and last week im back up there, no sure if 3AD is responsible for that.

But I will have to say that I feel like my body is more constantly "pumped"
