3-ad in baseball

Kinda sounds like an unfair advantage.

I'm sure you could use it, but I'm not sure why you would. 3-AD is pretty much a bulking agent. Using it to play baseball alone woulnd't do much for you. There is some increased stamina involved with 3-AD, but I'd think that a long-lasting energy product would do much better.

If you were training with weights for baseball, then I could see how it could help. Otherwise, eh...

Totally agree with the last part of the post. If your not training specifically for strength or speed its not gonna make a difference just taking it. If you just do casual training, not specific, it will do nothing for handeye, speed or swing, plus your diet has to be on point.

Bingo. I think that such products are kinda out of range for the particular activity. There's so much cardiovascular work going on in most sports (and golf is NOT a sport) that a bulker really isn't going to help that much. It's the pre-training for the particular sport where it'd do the most good. :)

Think of 3-AD as a massbuilder. You should be training while using 3-AD. Just popping 2 caps before a game isn't going to make you hit home runs like Mark McGuire. Although he was using 4-AD on and off when he started his homerun race, he was also busting his butt in the gym, training to hit them out of the park like that.

As far as simply wondering if it would be effective in your training for a sport... yes. You want to be taking it during the time of the year they have you hitting weights. However, Iin my answer im not addressing ethical issues nor am i addressing the regulations of whatever league you are in- that information you would have to find out from the league or decide yourself

Would 3-ad be effective for baseball?

You made this exact same post in the AN forum, but about drive instead....

You should stop looking for some kinda miracle pill to help you with your game, and give you an advantage over others who may be doing things naturally....

You have an unhealthy drive to stick something in your body to make you slug homers...

Train harder....better results...be patient with your body.....
