Question mass fx caps dosage ?

Hello ive just got my new mass fx extra strength and hyperdrol. question is how many caps of each do i take a day 4 hyperdrol i think like the old version but how many caps of mass fx a day ? it says on the bottle 2 or 3 but i used to take 4 caps with the old bottle so could someone clear this up for me please thanks. wilson.

For Mass FX and Hypedrol X2 you would want to take 4 caps of each per day. So a basic break down of the dosing would be.

Wake up: 1 cap of Hypderol X2 & 2 Mass FX
4hrs later: 1 Hyperdrol X2
Pre-workout: 1 Hyperdrol X2 & 2 Mass FX
before bed: 1 Hyperdrol X2

does my weight have any issues on dosage as i onley weigh 10 and a half stone ?

Wait, wait...i think I got this one... 10.5 stone... Hmmm....

Well, you're English, and you weigh about 178lbs, right? Though I've heard "stone" used a lot (love watching BBCAmerica), it's rarely explained what a stone weighs in pounds. I guess it would get too confusing with pounds also being a unit of currency. Pounds, quid, etc...

But no, your weight wouldn't play into this one. If you were over 200-220 or so, then we might have you up the dose of MFX to 6 caps, but 4 of each would do you quite well!

Oh, and btw: Thank your fellow countrymen for Dr. Who, Torchwood, and Gordon Ramsay for me.

hi ive been taking mass fx max for about 2 weeks now and its been very good. Is it wise to stack junglewarfare with this? Or would it be ok to take the jungle warfare after doin the massfx. I plan on doin mass fx for 8 weeks. thanks

Though I don't have any personal experience with JW, I'd say to leave it for another time.

In dosing 6 caps/day would you always recommend dosing 2 caps at a time?

What about 2 caps before breakfast, 1 cap around lunch, 2 caps pre w/o, and 1 cap before bedtime shake? They are always taken away from food, by at least 15-20min, and with 1-2g of Fish Oil.

That sounds like a good idea.

11-alpha, which is one of major differences between Maximum strength and the original, does wonders for maximizing protein utilization, but it has a really short active life. Dosing more frequently, like 3x instead of 2x, will help maximize the 11-alpha effectiveness.

Well I am always going to do at least 3X (when using 6 caps). I am just wondering if your serving size is 2caps for a reason.

Also, you said that it should be taken on an empty stomach or with some fat since some of the elements are fat soluble, but is 1-2g of fat enough to take advantage of that?

Taken with some fat will definitely help. If you screw up here or there and just take on an empty stomach or after your meal, it's no biggie. Best thing to do is to take with lecithin. It comes in 1200mg softgels, 90 or so for like $6 at the grocery store.

Splitting it up further will also work. For convenience sake, we just say to go 3x per day. Taking it more frequently isn't going to do any harm; it just gets to be a pain in the ass to dose it so often. With the Alpha-male mindset kicking in, we don't want you to be kicking anything else in trying to get all your doses in while on a busy schedule.

ive been doin 6 caps per day...2 in am on empty...2afternoon around lunch and the other 2 around an hr before workout
so far very good..been taking some protein shakes every day as well. People really starting to notice. Im on my 3rd week now and i must say the gains come best around the 2nd week

Yeah I am gaining a lot more than usual, but I am not sure whether it is my new training (OVT) or MassFx. Since I really dont have an alpha male mentality or an increase in libido, which is still down 3 weeks after PCT.

Are you using MassFX during PCT from a prohormone or something?

The occasional user doesn't feel the "alpha male" mentality or libido increase; however, the gains in strength and mass still come. My guess is it has something to do with their DHT metabolism.

okay couple questions. I am going to run a 60 day MassFX, H2 stack later this year(2 bottles each-4 caps ED each)

1. how would the dosages look on a non training days?
2. would it be okay to take 1g of super omega's with each dosage?
3. can/should these dosages be taken with food?
