AX 3-AD stack

Hello, just wondering if this stack is sufficient and if i need to add or remove anything and if the PCT is sufficient.

First option:
AX 3-ad
AX mass fx
AX superdrol ng
for PCT: AX aPCT
--and then bcaas(xtend) and multi's, protein.

second:
AP
P-Slin
3-AD
Post cycle would be APCT and Mass FX
-and then the usual.. multi's, bcaas(xtend) and protein.

for this stack is my PCT sufficient and does anything need to be added to this stack?

-also how would dosing be for these cycles?
 
What time of day do you work out and what time do you wake up?

With 3-AD, you will want to split it into 2 doses that are taken with a high fat meal (~20g). Because they are taken with a high fat meal, you don't want to take them first thing in the morning or post workout.

It changes, when im in school i ussually w/o in the afternoon, currently im getting up around nine and working out at 1, in a few weeks im going to be getting up at 5 am and pry wont workout till 5-6 pm.
 
Hmmm.

(Going with option #1) I would dose it as follows:
Wake up: 1 Cap Superdrol NG, 1 Cap MassFX

2nd Meal (mid morning?): 2 caps 3-AD

Pre-workout: 2 Superdrol NG, 2 MassFX

Post Workout: Don't dose any of these: you want to absorb nutrients from your post workout shake/meal/stuff.

Meal after Post workout: 2 Caps 3-AD

Dinnertime: 1 cap MassFX
 
Some of the popular things are

-a handfull of Almonds, Peanuts, or Cashews
-A tablespoon of Peanut butter
-1/2 an avocado

When I was on my 3-AD cycle, I just made a salad, topped with a can of tunafish, cashews, and a vinegrette salad dressing for my 3-AD meals.
 
hey sinner how were your results with 3-ad?

My results were also very good. No sides at all, little to no feeling of being shutdown, solid strength and size gains in 6 weeks. Felt great in the gym mentally as well
