Stack Advice

I plan on starting the cycle on Mon the 19th

Primary:
Hyperdrol x2
Mass fx Max
Retain 2
Purple Wraath

Secondary:
Animal Pak
Fish Oil
Flax Seed
100% Whey

I plan on doing a 4 week cycle which I may extend to 8 weeks pending on results.

Dosage
Hyperdrol x2: 4x daily
Mass fx: 4x daily-2 of these will be pre-workout
Retain2: 3x daily-1 pre-workout, 1 post-workout, 1 at wake-up
Purple Wraath: 1 scoop intra-workout
Animal Pak: 1 pack daily

My Stats
Height: 5'10"
Weight: 180lbs
Age: 21
I am unsure of my bf % but when I found out I will let everyone know

My goal is to cut down fat and build lean body mass. The primary goal is to bring bf % down.

Here is the diet I will follow:

Meal 1: Apprx 9:00 AM
2 eggs
1 cup Quaker Oats
1 cup Milk
1 Scoop Protein Shake

Meal 2: Apprx 12:00 PM
1 Banana
15 Almonds

Meal 3: Apprx 3:00
1 cup Brown Rice
1/2 cup Vegetables
1 Scoop Protein Shake

GYM Apprx 4:00

Meal 5:Apprx 6:00
1 Scoop Protein Shake
1 cup Quaker Oats
1 Apple
1 cup Milk

Meal 6: Apprx 8:00
5 oz Chicken Breast
1.5 cup Brown Rice
1 cup Vegetables

Meal 7: Apprx 10:00
Peanut Butter Sandwich
1 Scoop Protein Shake



I am looking for suggestions and opnions on this stack and if people would be interested in a log of it.....thanks for any help

I would recommend that you run that cycle for 8 weeks. Some people who have you ran this cycle don't start noticing a lot of changes until 2-3 week. Running this cycle for 8 weeks would produce some nice gains.

Yep, I think at the end of 4 weeks you'll definitely want to push it to 8 weeks once you see how the gains are.

I ran your "primary" stack a couple of times. Its a great stack. Go for the full 8 weeks.

4 weeks? Eh... 8 weeks? Eh.... Go for the whole 12!!! You can run 'em for up to 12 weeks before you should try to quit. However, running it form 4 or 8 is no less quality than running it for 12. However long you go, you should see some excellent results. Just keep your diet in check, lift like the planet is going to fall apart if those weights stay on the rack any longer, and sleep like a baby covered in warm milk surrounded by the ocean and smelling of clean cotton.
