Back pumps on 3ad?

Has anyone else mentioned them? They aren't quite full back pumps like other compounds, but close. More sore than usual, and a bit of that feel. I keep forgetting to pop taurine, but need to remember :) I also have been hitting new highs in squats, so that could be a significant factor, but they are machine squats.

Doing bizarrely well otherwise, i'm at day 6, up 5lbs, slightly higher definition on my arms. At 4 caps a day, but also still till today was taking 4 methyl masterdrol V2 with it (finishing that bottle).

I can't really say I got any from it.
 
none that i heard of. nor that i had. Could be the stack of 3-ad and mmv2 doing it. or might need more water, too.........
 
yeah, with trying to raise cals, i've been having a hard time keeping up with water :D its sooooooo hard to take in carbs and stay all clean and go high in cals
 
Do you have a post-w/o drink that you take into the gym with you EZ? I carry a 2lb tub with me of a mix of protein (24g), WMS (~70g), and Taurine (10g) that I just mix up and drink on the drive home. I learned a while back that this mix is excellent at preventing back pumps for me. Or anything for that matter... quick recovery and quick refuel till I can get home and get something proper.
 
I am also around the same as you: 7 days in, up 6lbs. I haven't had any uncomfortable back pumps, it just feels like I have muscle on my back now. Otherwise, I look a lot leaner and pee a lot more.

my gym is in my house ;) so yeah :D

I think its may just be me hitting new highs in squats and back exercises.
 
Well, it is slowly subsiding, I've just been more careful about spreading out the 1-1.5gallon intake over the day. Before I was waking up 2-3x a night to pee.
 
I started getting some back pumps tonight while doing back....nothing terrible(had worse with Epi)...they were managable but definately there with some slight discomfort...good thing was I was able to complete my entire work out ....I'll dip into my bulk taurine starting tomorrow....I am not rulling out that they are from working my Legs and Back hard within the last 3 days..we'll see how this pans out
 
Perhaps it could be brought on by the combination of the product and a lack in diet somewhere? The Taurine does the trick most of the time, but make sure that you are drinking plenty of water as well. Crampies happen, man! :D :lol:
 
I drink dat dere H2O all day long and throughout my workout, so I don't think its that....we'll see what happends going forward...I'm not too concerned, cause they weren't bad, but definately annoying...and figured I would bring it up since Easy mentioned it..
