I don't think that it could aggravate gyno, but if you are predisposed to it to begin with, or have had it before, then it's a good idea to think long and hard about any PH use, despite the safety profile of it.

The recommended PCT for it is aPCT. Adding in HX2 to the mix isn't really necessary, just an option that some are going with. As long as you run the cycle as recommended and don't updose for your weight or run it extra long, aPCT should take good care of you. :D
 
Andractrim, being a prescription med for the treatment of gyno (not legal in the US), is simply topical stanolone, which offers some substantial anti-estrogenic effects, along with some anabolic ones as well.

Androsterone, one of the actives in 3-AD, converts to stanolone, which gives you some of these anti-estrogen benefits.
