3-AD and Fightsport Endurance

Mr.50

Board Supporter
Hey guys has there been any feedback from users yet on how 3-AD affects endurance for repeated bouts of mid length activity???? 3minute rounds with one minute rest periods such as are typical in boxing?? A lot of the other ph/ps/aas can create such a pump that endurance is severely reduced???

Feedback?

Mr.50

I can't speak from experience because I haven't used 3-AD yet. I can check w/ some of the other reps who have tried it and see if they have noticed any reduction in endurance.

Thanks bro. If you could it would be much appreciated. My training is going really well right now and I don't want to knock anything off balance with my boxing just for better lbm maintenece on my cut....

Thanks.

I've got no experience on 3-AD quite yet, either. However, from reading the logs on the product, many did note that endurance did increase while taking it. That might definitely help you out.

The downside is that many also noticed a good deal of delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS). That would definitely hinder your type of training. It's a tough call as to whether or not this will help the exact way that you need. The pumps that many noticed were quite long lasting, and they definitely would not help.

If you are looking into a PH for use in your training, SuperdrolNG might be a better option. It may not have the muscle-building capacity that 3-AD does, but it is a lighter PH with a stimulant mixed in to keep you going. I'd say that it would be quite good for increased energy, leading to endurance. Take a peak into it a bit and let us know if you have any questions. We'll be glad to help you out! :D

Hey guys thanks for all the help! I haven't even been lifting in like two months only boxing. Really I am focusing on losing weight and maintaining lbm so at this point all I really care about is the maintenence. Maybe I will look into the Superdrol-NG

Thanks.

I think Superdrol NG would be a good choice for you. It will help increase LBM and give you a nice energy boost as well.

I agree with the other guys. It sounds like you would be better off with SDNG as opposed to 3-AD for what you need.

DOMS with 3-AD is pretty pronounced along with some wicked pumps.

Too bad I have 2 bottles of 3-AD on the way :( guess I will have to save them......

Im not saying not to use them, and the DOMS went away after the first week, for me at least.

Just depends on if you think the added soreness will effect your boxing rounds.

You know, you could always send those 2 bottle my way...out of good faith for the help.

 Just playin with ya. It's good to have a stash!!! :head:

I wish I had a stash!

Tell me about it. You know how I stack, bro!! If the bottles don't line atleast half the length of the top of my fridge, then I must have forgotten something!!

Yohimbine (alpha 2 adrenergic antagonist) and caffeine (adenosine receptor antagonist) are likely to produce enhanced vasopressin response.

I agree that 3AD would not be condusive either as androsterone negatively impacted endurance. I don't know if the other constituents of 3AD could conuteract this though.

Looking over the AX line perhaps Mass FX MS would be the best option.

i don't know that MFX would be the right one, but Hyperdrol would do well for keeping the gains lean. I don't think it'd do much for the endurance aspect of it, though...

And just another thought here, but have you ever looked into taking Cordygen5 from Millenium Sports? Not to get off topic, but I've been breathing much better during my workouts and not getting nearly as winded while on it. I think that it and Hyperdrol are a really nice combo for someone looking to do what you're looking to do. I'm stacking them together now, and though I don't do the whole "cardio" thing, my endurance for lifting is up a bit. Like I said, just another thought... :)

Maybe a ecdy product might help. I see qutie a few people say it helps preserve lbm and strength while on a cut. I don't any mention of reduced endurance or pumps that inhibit motion. Or perhaps megadosing BCAA/EAAs might be enough.

As for boosting endurance there's a number of issues to address before any recommendations can be made.
