first off, if one were to take this for 45 days at 6 pills a day, would it be taken 3 times a day at 2 pills each time, or 2 times a day at 3 pills. and my next question, is if one were to cycle it like this, would a serm be absolutely required (i would have one on hand regardless, just would prefer not to have to use it) or could one get by using a mix of dermacrine, pcs, and maybe a natty test booster or something of the sort? thank you for the help in advance
 
How much do you weigh? If your are over 200-215lbs you can take 6 caps a day. If your under 200lbs I would just take 4 caps per day.If you are to run 3-AD for 45 days at 6 caps a day it would be broken down to 2 caps 3x a day and make sure you take it with 15-20g of fat such as peanut butter, flax seed oil, Fish oil. You would not need a SERM for your PCT. Taking aPCT for 4 weeks after your cycle would be sufficient for PCT. aPCT would be dosed at 3 caps per day for 4 weeks.
 
But I think that if you are prone to any of the typical PH-type sides (gyno, hair loss, etc.), then having a SERM on hand is definitely handy to have. 3-AD is very safe to use, as long as you dose it according to plan and don't exceed recommendations. Personally, I'd be a bit leary about running 6 caps/ED for 45 days. I'd rather run it for 30 days and then do aPCT afterward just to be cautious. You should have no troubles with it in that amount of time. It has been suggested that running it exceedingly long, or at exceedingly high doses would require more PCT than just aPCT. That'd be where a SERM would come into play. :)

alright guys, thanks for the info. whether im going to run it for 30 or 45 days is somewhat price dependent, if its closer to 50$ ill do it, if its more in the 60 range ill just do 30.

Glad I'm not the only one who saves his pennies to buy supps! :lol:

Just be wise and save the money for aPCT in the order before you save for that second bottle of 3-AD. :D

i always buy my pcts before my cycles. if i do run it for 45 days though, would aPCT, post cycle support and diesel test hardcore be adequate for pct?
 
45 days is a bit of a long run, but aPCT should be enough for you. Not to tell you not to patronize the other companies, but I always think "why buy more than I have to?". :)
 
good point, but it is playing it on the safe side, and i wanted to use those products regardless, so i feel it would be a good time to do so.
