wow 8 weeks JW? you got a post cycle therapy set up for that? are you going to get blood work done? you know that JW is a steroid? Its a weak steroid at that BUT it still is VERY suppressive, its trade off for benifits vs suppresion really makes this compound undersireable to me.

yeah i know allllllllllll about JW, i have Post cycle support just in case...definitely no need for a SERM...im also stacking the JW with Drive and RPM (u can check out my log if u want)

...so far my strength is amazing and the only sides are a little increase in acne and im hot all the time...o yeah and im horny as hell all the time

Yea man, took a break from everything...needed it.

Changed my outlook on a lot of things...especially training and diet. I'm much more relaxed and enjoying life. Ya know? The sad thing is I can't bring myself to eat unhealthy or to stop from training somehow (lifting or running or whatever)...

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): I currently lift each body part once a week and lift five to six days a week. If I feel a lagging part, I usually do that twice a week with a decent split.

Training experience (as much detail as possible): Trained for Football in High School for 6 years (2 in middle school). I then took a 3 year hiatus and got fat as can be. I started back a year ago in January and lost 80 lbs to 185, and have been full bore ever since. I bulked back up to 205 and now im cutting down from there.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): I do a 4 day modified split. I usually do compound sets or tri-sets, and i try for about 6 exercises per muscle group, 4 sets per exercise, 8-12 reps for set. Workout 1 is Chest/Tris, Workout 2 is Back/Biceps, Workout 3 is Shoulder/Legs, Workout 4 is Total-Body (consists of DL and Power cleans)

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I try for 20 mins of HIIT after workouts. Intervals of 5.5mph to 9.5mph. I also will play basketball for 1.5 hours after WOs. Sometimes i go back at night (lift in the mornings) and do HIIT and walk on an incline of about 12.

Started weight lifting sophmore year of high school for track. My knees went bad, but I enjoyed lifting so I kept doing it. Trained as a powerlifter for a bout 3 years, then switched over bodybuilding at 19 when I realized I was strong, but just looked kind of pudgy. Really got serious about bodybuilding about 2 years ago when I really began to eat right. Last 6 months or so though, I have refined my routine and worked more on mind-muscle connection and excellent form then on weight and the results have been great.

Week 1:
Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Back (little bit of biceps too)
Thursday - Legs/Squats
Friday - Arms/Shoulders

I like the first week schedule, since my chest is a weak point, but if I do back tuesday and deadlift thursday I am noticeably weaker. I do cardio for 30-45 mins every morning except sunday due to work schedule). Its low intensity walking at 3.5-4.0mph.

10:30am 6oz chicken with 1/2-3/4 cup rice 40g protein, 500 calories
12:30pm Pure Protein - Protein bar 20g protein, 190calories
3:00pm Campbells chunky soup, with 3-4oz of extra chicken in it 330 calories, 40g protein
5:00pm Pure Protein 20g, 190 claories
7:00 (pre-workout) 6oz chicken with 1/2-3/4 cup rice 40g protein, 500 calories
9:00pm Golden Finish, 20g protein, 190calories
10:00pm Beef tips and noodles 50g protein, 600 calories

Total ~2700 Calories, 250g protein

Sometimes I work out in the morning, in which case meals shift. The reason for mostly simple meals is that I have ~22 hours of class time this semester due to multiple lab classes. The upside is my major is exercise and sport science and pre-pharmacy, so this is right up my alley.

Short Term Goal: Cutting to ~175 or recomp if this product works well

I have a perscription for lunesta that i use once or twice a week at most. I only take it when I really need it.

I've tried a lot of different things. Most forms of creatine I have tried, at one point or another. I have tried hyperdrol X-2, jw/bam and some OTC steroids as well. I have also tried a few fat burners that had great feedback, ie redline, melting point, lipoderm ultra and levithan. I don't really venture much out of the basics, since I get the best cost to gains ratio.

Btw I realize the irony of me applying since AX and I had our problems when the first MassFx came out, but I am very objective. Also, I admitted to liking hyperdrol. I am entering a competition in 7 months, so it's not like I am going to waste a month sabotaging myself just to make AX look bad and I will be posting pictures and they can't lie. Finally, I wouldn't apply if I didn't think it would work, and based on the feedback of the original I am excited to try this out.

I was annoyed that no one would release the mechanism of action for the original massfx, after weeks of being told "in a few days, ill let you know", I did research and found that the compound (spirostan) was used IV in all the studies showing its efficency, as well as, finding similar products that had gotten bad reviews. Only later to be informed that it was a similar product but was an 11-keto(i think) modified version raising oral absorption and half-life. The reviews and feedback proved this to be correct.

I spent the 2003-2004 year from the fall till the end of the summer cutting down to 185 and a size 34 waist and since then its been a bumpy climb up to a hefty 220 some odd pounds and around 15-16% bf

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
I do 2-3 days of training giving each muscle group 3-4 exercises and then take a rest day- i.e.
Chest day: Incline BP, Flat DB Press, Incline Smith, Incline Cybex
follow it up with weighted pushups

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): its been a rough past month and a half and I have fallen on and off the work out bandwagon so to speak and reassessed my goals. Do to this, I will be doing some form of cardio 5 days a week (mainly postworkout 30-45 minutes on elliptical) or long distance running on off days. I will be working up to doing a 10k in april.

I eat lean and have recently cut my calories to focus on a slow and steady body fat cut towards the summer
