Okey dokey...looks decent, but perhaps a little tweakable.
From my notes (I had to take notes! HA!!), you're taking 2 retain on workout days and 1 on off-days. You've got 4 and 4 of the others in there. Let's maybe tinker with timing and some dosages?
Workout Days:
Waking/pre-workout: 2 MFX, 1HX2, 1 R2
Post-w/o: 1HX2, 1 R2
4:30- 1 MFX, 1 HX2
8:00 - 1 MFX
Pre-bed - 2 HX2, 1 R2
Off-days:
5am (wake) - 1 MFX, 1 HX2, 1 R2
10:30 - 1 MFX, 1 HX2, 1 R2
4:00 - 1 MFX
8:00 - 1 MFX, 1 HX2
Pre-bed - 2 HX2, 1 R2
I kept the same timeframe, given that sometimes our days revolve around breaks at work. I upped the doses of things on workout days (pulse cycle theory), and reduced or retimed on off-days. I figure that you don't need as much HX2 on off-days, but I could be proven wrong. Retain is good upon waking, 4 hours later, pre and post, and before bed - that's at max dosing (frequency) for the day. Off-days are a bit less, but still keeping key times for cortisol release in mind.
Yes, you may run out a bit quicker. But you may also reap more benefits now from it! Though the doses prescribed on the bottles are ideal, sometimes you need to kick it up a notch.
