Could someone from AX give me a brief comparison of 3ad and sdng. Which has seen better gains or more sides, things like this. I am trying to decide whether to hold out for 3ad or go for sdng. If this has been done already please someone link me. I could not find it. Thanks!

I have tried them both. I got leaner on 3-AD and Stronger, better workouts, and more pumped on SDNG.

If I were summer cutting I would probably opt for 3-AD. Other wise I would jump all over SDNG.

I did not gain many pounds off of either but I was also in a caloric deficit both times.

This Monday I come off the summer diet and start eating big again. SDNG + Epi is what I am running for the moderate bulk.

have you run epi before yet or will this be your first run with the SDNG??? i think that stack would be sick for a lean bulk... loads of strength as well.

I have not. In fact I have not ran a methyl in two years. I was taking SDNG pre-workout and it was phenomenal. With Epi I should put on some nice size to go with the SDNG strength and pumps.

let me guess it was a PP, SD stack??? .... i loved that stack... prob my favorite cycle to date....

well let me say then your in for a treat... Epi makes you feel GREAT and is virtually side free... even being a methyl its still very easy on the liver and lipids.... like i said your gonna have a sick strength stack on your hands there... and if you diet allows youll put on some poundage as well.

i have 2 more weeks of SERM and test booster for my cycle.

id really love a chance as long as its advised and safe for me and my timing to test a product like this.

might help in my recovery a lot. unless of course this isnt healthy for me to do im not familiar at all with what new SDNG does.
