Been out of it for awhile guys (supps I mean, not lifting) had the urge to give it a go around while i have some time to spare. Ordered the "Triple Threat" from NP so I am pretty excited about this one. Looking for some nice lean gains.

Good to be back on the boards fellas, lots of new faces along with the old grumpy ones from before.

Lots or Crap has happened. Lost a job got a new one, quit that one and finally ended up at a career spot now. Great job with great perks! Been working lots of OT to pay for old ladies college. I will be around more often now. Any advice for this stack?

dose them according to label instructions.......(assuming you are doing a 4 week cycle)
FX = 4 per day (morning, afternoon, 2 pre-workout)
HD = 4 per day (morning, afternoon, 2 pre-bed)
R2 = 3 per day (morning, pre-workout, post-wrokout)
