| Registered User | Wanting to use Mass Fx/new to forums Hello, I am 21 and 5 foot 7 and I weigh 150 pounds, I want to start taking Mass Fx to gain more muscle. I have been working out for 3 years. I used to be tiny like 5 foot 6 125 when I was 18 and have gained 25 in last 3 years so I know I can put on weight. Here are a list of the supplements I take right now and I am hoping to add Mass Fx to my program in the next two weeks. My goal is to gain 10 more pounds of muscle. Here are the supplements I currently take. BSN No Xplode on Workout days 30 min before workout as directed by bottle. And I also use Syntha-6 Protein powder by BSN. What can I say i like there products. Would using Mass FX while using these supplements be ok, or do you recommend any others. And what are your opinions on using Mass FX? Thanks, Coastie |

| It's a Canes thing... | First off - get a better protein than Syntha 6. BSN isn't the be-all end-all supplement company. There are MUCH better products out there for the price (that goes for any of BSN's products). MassFX is some good stuff. Very good for strength. It would be fine with those supps. Though - you may have to taper back NOX to maybe one scoop (if you are using 2 scoops). I'm just a bit concerned that you need to continue to refine your diet - rather than turning to MassFX just yet. I mean - if you start having to rely on supplements at 21 - just imagine once you get to my age. You'll need a sh*t-ton of them to continue to gain. I would recommend reading up on diets for bulking. I'm guessing you aren't eating enough. BTW - nice progress. I made similar gains myself. I went from about 135 lbs when I was 21 to about 165 lbs or so when I was 25. (Have refined LBM and fat since then with supp - am now in the low 170's with a 30.5" waist.) Keep up the good work! R.I.P Dad. I miss you. | Registered User | is there any other supplements i should get besides the usual protein, creatine while taking massfx? thanks for the help im just a newbie trying to get big! i am eating a lot, likr u guys said and i have put on 2 pounds, I literally have been eating till im so full and then i keep eating, I bring chicken breasts cold to work and eat them in between meals, i will buy a better protein when my syntha runs out which will be in like a week, I need a new creatine to, what would u guys recommend. i also have been eating some cheat foods to bulk so hopefully the mass fx will get me to 165 now. and i just ordered the mass fx today! so expecting it in a week then I will do a log! |

| AX Rep / Complete AXhole Board Sponsor | Great questions, great answers! For protein, I do recommend ON. And I ditto Mace on Purple Wraath during workout for some EAA's. I like Mass FX a bunch, and that's no secret. It'll really put the rage on ya, so cut out the NOXplode (mostly temporary anyway). With MFX, you'll go harder, longer, and be happier to do it!! |
