We are quite aware that a tremendous amount of excitement has built up over our commercial release of our new 3-AD product. Unfortunately, the tentative release date of the end of June (June 30th) will very unlikely not be met and we cannot at this point, forecast a new target date.
The active ingredient in 3-AD is new and innovative and more importantly, new to the marketplace. Before embarking on this path, we engaged in a quite extensive and costly process to substantiate the legality of this new dietary supplement. We have subsequently spent hundreds of thousands of dollars in manufacturing and setup cost with an offshore manufacturer to perfect the synthesis of this ground breaking product.
Unfortunately, anything manufactured off-shore, must re-enter the US through customs and anything NEW comes under additional scrutiny. We are confident that the hold is due to a misunderstanding based on the similarity to various ANDRO named compounds. Our attorney (Rick Collins) has been working feverishly to convince the FDA of the apparent misunderstanding but as you can imagine, in a bureaucracy, these things take time.
