Thoughts and a question about Stim X

First of all, i started taking this monday and love it. so far i can tell ive lost 5lbs in these 4 days, so im looking foward to 4weeks from now. right now im 255 aiming for about 215 to loose some body fat, though im mostly muscle. now, it says on the bottle dont use during strenuous activity in heat above 80F. what would happen if you did. i lift and run just about every day and its anywhere from 85-100F outside and have started to drink about 1 1/2gal of water a day since i started monday. i havent noticed anything yet, but why is it listed on the bottle, are there any side effects from working out in the heat while taking this? im using this mainly for weight loss as im bulked enough, just my body fat slows me down.

thanks for the great product

edit: btw, anyone who considers this make sure you dont skip lunch, at least eat something even if its just a little bit, you will feel much better than if you didnt.

I imagine the warning is there so people won't get in a jam with overheating/sun-stroke from the combined effects of thermogenises, sun-heat exposure, and dehydration.

Worst case scenario, a person could croak.
Stay well hydrated and pay attention to your body temp.

ive got a buddy who also takes this and he works building houses so he is out in the heat all of the day. he says stim x + the heat doesnt make him feel any different than without the stim x other than he has more energy. btw hes the one i found out about stim x from. i was just wondering about how cautious i should be since it was on the label.
