The more intense workout couldve made you burn more calories than youre used to, or you couldve dropped some water, or if your diet has changed at all, that couldve done it. And there are plenty of other reasons for the weight change.
Stick with it for a bit and if you don't start gaining after a week or 2 than start questioning the supplements. |
