HX2/MFX/R2 Stack Day 1 BULL****!!!

So yesterday I started the HX2/MFX/R2 Stack. My beginning weight the day before I started was 165. I wake up this morning and I am only 162. This is ****ed up. Can anyone give me a valid reason for this? I will say that I had one of the best workouts I ever had last night on this stuff. I feel great but am wondering why I lost so much weight? Is this normal on this stack in the beginning?

Calm down. I go to sleep and lose 4-6lbs every night. your weight will flucuate during the course of the day.

Taking weight at the same time is crucial to really gauging progress.

Ive taken my weight the same time every morning. Could it be the R2?

Most likely not. After one day the supplements probably didn't do much for you, other than a placebo effect.

The more intense workout couldve made you burn more calories than youre used to, or you couldve dropped some water, or if your diet has changed at all, that couldve done it. And there are plenty of other reasons for the weight change.

Stick with it for a bit and if you don't start gaining after a week or 2 than start questioning the supplements.

Your right! Thanks pumping iron. So if I am about 165 how much should I be eating a day? For maintainence and to gain weight?

Definately depends on your goals. The more you eat, the bigger you get, but also the more fat you will put on.

I weight about 207 or 208 right now and take in 3500 to 4000 cals a day. I am basically trying to compensate for my new routine as well as put on muscle as leanly as possible (i.e., slowly)...
