If I win both fights on May 11th, you gonna hook me up with 3-AD? I start lifting heavy (hypertrophy) the Monday after my fights. I want to go up from 188 to 199 (light heavy)

Hmmm, I will say the strength gains are pretty quick, at least they were for me. Size increase in muscle was after about the first week, i feel heeeyooog and pumped all day. Main things i noticed were the pumps, fullness in muscles and the clearness of my skin. I get compliments all the time and people tell me i am getting big fast. So i have zero complaints and NO bad sides.
