| Registered User | help! I've been working insane hours (70+ per week, plus travel involved) and have been taking 4 StimX's per day since January (I know, too long, I'm laying off very soon, once my Reset AD gets here!). Anyway, what started as a stiff neck and stiff shoulders has turned into what feels like pinched nerves in my neck - that ridiculous, needle-like sticking pain in both shoulder blades & lat areas. Brutal. Could be from 12+ hours per day working in front of a computer but seems like the stimX may have added to it, 'cuz it hasn't gotten any better.....any info would be greatly appreciated! On a plus, has helped me dial in my diet and cardio - waist dropped from 38 to 32. |

| Registered User | no problem, appreciate the input. I think I'm gonna go see a chiropractor...my regular doctor thinks the solution is to stop lifting for 3-4 weeks until everything heals. I pinched nerves in my neck in high school during wrestling season, but we're talking 10+ yrs ago....no problems since, until now. Definitely short on sleep (5 hrs max for quite awhile now) and high stress, maybe just chill this weekend. What OTC stuff helps? Ibuprofin? Motrin? |

| RESPECT MAH AUTHORITAH!!! | well i try to stay away from those medication since they mask the pain and you can injure your self even more, but thats just me. I been doing tryptophan lately and it seems to help a bit with stress i wake up a lil like if i need more sleep but that only last afew minutes and then i take leviathan and im ready for what ever i have to do . Good luck with the chiropractorMember: Blitzkrieg Ninja Brigade~ ask me about my weinner ! ! ! Nutraplanet.com IBE ![]() AppliedNutriceuticals.com BEST HEALTH SUPPLEMENT ! Cycle Support |

![]() depending on what is causing it, ibuprofen's anti inflammatory effects may be of use. Keep in mind that tylenol, on the other hand, while masking the pain to near the amount as ibuprofen, has VERY little in terms of anti-inflammatory properties, and would probably be of little/no use in fixing the problem. I agree with zombie otherwise though. rest up, take some time off lifting, take your Reset AD (very interested in this personally), and hopefully you'll be good to go before too long! good luck ![]() | |

I find when im stressed, i sit at the computer with a very stiff posture and shoulders tense, this will cause the problems. My chiro actually had me keep lifting when he adjusted it.. he didnt want to fix it and then have the muscle tense it up again. Check with the chiro first adn find a good one. Some are quacks, but there are some that are legitimate and worth every penny. Dave (at) paloaltolabs . com PAL on MySpace Palo AltoLabs @ NUTRAPLANET..check out our online store!!
