Retain 1.0 question

Is the methylation a liver issue? My understanding is that it is not liver toxic.

No, I have not once seen negative bloodwork from retail 1.0. ALRI also stated that it is not liver toxic.

Run the full dose if Retain 1.0 if you feel like having people watch you suffer of heart palpitations in the middle of the gym. Piss poor product in my opinion.

Retain 2.0 is good.

many things that are methylated aren't necessarily hepatoxic or cause liver problems. That being said, Retain is one of those products that DO NOT cause problems. I have taken it myself, and megadosed it and taken it on an empty stomach and have had no problems........

ALSO, i have NEVER experienced heart palpitations on the product dosing it in the way Force of Green mentions. So saying the product is crap is not a worthy statement. It may have been crap for him but is not a crappy product by any means! and i DO agree that Retain 2 IS BETTER!

Yes, Retain 1.0 was a bad product for me and a friend of mine who took it. It definitely worked for him though, but the sides made him also feel like he was going to have a stroke or something.
