Would you say that Retain and LX were both equally as good for losing that gut fat? 6 caps a day of LX worked wonders for me.

the reason you generally get joint pain form the supps is because it DRIES them out, not causes you to retain fluid in them........

that sounds like a different problem all together, but i will double check with Dr. D and some others........

Neither really. Are you experiencing fluid build up in a joint? What are the exact circumstances?

Seems last couple of times when taking either an anti-E (RR) and Retain as part of my PCT or a simple natural T increase, I experience joint pain, mostly the knees and below, over and above the normal soreness and stiffness that I experience when doing lots of sports. Pretty much the next day everything feels more sore including my bones, but then my right knee in particualr started to get tight and puffy. This is why I call it fluid because it feels spongy and soft. I think need to start one at a time and use process of elimination. But my assumption is that my cortisol goes to low. Plus I am really estrogen sensitive. I now take cissus for joint pain by the way and love it.

I havent taken it that high due to some of the other supps I am on in this moment. I would specualte that higher dosed 7-oh has helped taken the fat off me quickly. I am too afriad of drying out my joints too much with my current cutting supps.

Yeah, I suspect cissus is osteogenic but I am still not sure about the exact mechanism. As for cort, I think you're right. Local irritaion in the joint could cause a fluid buildup the next day to compensate for the dryness the day before that damage. I would suggest a joint lube like sodium hyaluronate, CMO or even just a good glucosamine/chondroitin supp to stack with that cissus. Also might try lowering the Retain and/or RR dose to half. Try separately like you were thinking so you can isolate the primary culprit.

SO I have finished up the bottle with the most important thing to report. I hadnt really recived too much benefit from this product until I ramped up the dosage to 5 caps a day. I went the last five days at 5 caps a day and noted some NICE tightening on my belt. I also look leaner in the mid-section. SO if I had this to do all over, I would have gotten it up to 5 caps a day MUCH sooner!!

I started at around 215-17lbs first thingy in the AM. naked. I think for my weight, 5 caps is a great way to go.
