Mass fx affects libido?

Mass fx contains nettle root (ATD) which has a negative affect on sex drive. I've taken nettle before, and sure enough, it killed my libido. I'm wondering if anyone has experienced negative changes to libido in connection with Mass fx?

It was nettle that killed my sex drive before and nettle is an ingredient in mass fx. So it doesn't really matter if nettle is "technically" ATD or not b/c nettle was the culprit last time. (Although I still think that they are closely related)

Has anyone noticed any negative impact on libido from Mass fx?
 
NO PERSON has indicated loss of libido in ANY of the logs....

I have taken it MANY times and NEVER had a problem with libido!

It has actually been QUITE the OPPOSITE! :thumbsup:
 
My libido is really important to me. I'm not getting younger and my wife is hot. Just to reiterate what has already been said, MassFX should do nothing to your libido in a negative sense. Everyone who I have personally discussed MassFX with has raved about its positive effects on libido.
 
Maybe do a little research before you start making demands??? I donno where you picked up the idea that nettle is ATD. Nettle root(in extratced form) = lowers SHBG, ATD = lowers estrogen via Aromatase Inhibition. May I ask what brand of Nettle did you use??
 
Just to interject, if I may...MassFX is one of the best supplements I have ever used that boosted my libido. Actually to be honest with you, I don't think I've ever taken a supplement that isn't hormonal that had such a profound effect.

I greatly appreciate all the input. (except for the guy who got onto me for making "demands" - my post about free 3AD was not only an obvious joke but it was also promoting an AX product)
I shall take lots of Mass fx before visiting all of your girlfriends. JUst kidding.
 
Hey Lawhammer; I know somebody already asked, but who made the nettle that killed your libido? I know of at least 5 guys that used activate (including myself) which is another companies nettle product. All that I've heard and experienced is a drastic increase in libido. So I know that Mass FX would have similar effects because it's made by an equally reputable company. However I've ordered some "Brand X" nettle before and it did nothing for me. Maybe that is the problem.
 
I took Mass FX during PCT and I had virtually no libido for the entire 4 weeks, which sucks because I'm a college student in a fraternity, so this is pretty much the peak of my sex life. Despite all my research and years of experimentation, the only things I've noticed to EVER increase MY libido are testosterone, clomid, and time.
 
Is that the Mass FX fault or because you came off a steroidal cycle? That could be a hard call. Mass FX "should" only increase libido.

Not arguing, just my observation. Normally after any hormonal cycle my libido would be gone.

what else were you on? how did you dose the FX?

c'mon, give us a few details, i have NEVER heard of ANYONE having libido problems using FX whether it was a stand-alone cycle or during PCT!

How heavy was the cycle?

My libido went frigg'n nuts on this stuff, my fiance didn't feel safe being naked in the same apartment as me after the first week I was on it.

The Mega-TRN is your problem bro. That stuff sucks donkey d***! I wish That stuff would never have been brought to the market! I will stick with androgens from now on and I will never do a progistin again. I really want to try Mass FX after reading this. I've always wondered if Nettle COULD lower libido though because it does lower DHT, right?

Well TRN also has a reputation of being one of the most effective pro-hormones with minimal side effects. The loss of libido wasn't permanent, so if I have to lose my libido for a month in exchange for 5 permanent pounds of solid muscle and incredible vascularity for a month, I think it's fair trade. I usually run the TRN at the beginning of a test cycle... that way the test kicks in about when the TRN is done, so libido comes back in a week.
 
Does nettle decrease converstion of test to DHT, or block DHT from receptor sites? I'm pretty sure that its been shown to do one of those. If that's the case, I don't see how it could increase libido, seems more likely that it would decrease libido. Just my theory.

Yes, its clear that it partially nullifies SHBG. But that's not really what I was asking.

I don't think that I ever reported that. However, since you mention it - yes my libido crashed while taking MassFX. But, since I cannot rule out other possible causes, I am not saying that I think that there is a causal relationship between taking nettle and my lowered libido. In fact, I guess you can characterize my question as attempting to rule out nettle as a potential cause.

The only other possible causes are:
1. lots of stress at work (but that has never caused it before);
2. I was taking avena sativa 1/4 tsp 2x day; cissus 1/4 tsp 2x day; and rebound reloaded 1 per day.

What did you use for PCT?

There you go!!!
There have been users who reported NO return of their libido for 2-3 times that long after TRN.
1 week of it limped me out, quite the cycle, and it took 2 weeks before I actually thought I could get hard..

Anyways- MFX will free up some of your test, do will nettle.
If you like test, then you would LOVE MASSFX!!!!

Also, once everything cleared your system, your natural test will take some time returning. Adding Avena, or nettle at THAT time, will have little effect, since there is not much natty test to free up anyways.
 
It's the Rebound Reloaded.

I was on the NHA Stack about 2 months ago, and the RR was the last bottle to run out, destroyed my libido and made me absolutely ridiculously lethargic. It's not the MASS FX.

Oh i have been looking for issues like this, i stopped taking mass fx and I crashed through the floor can hardly get a boner and no drive! its so annoying and embarassing! i have never ever had a problem in that area so must be mass fx. good gains but shocking effect. its been nearly three weeks and still not recovered even though im taking ZMA, trib and horny goat weed! any advice! oh and even viagra doesnt work! this better not be permanent!!!

how can it be the FX if it happened when you STOPPED taking it?

what are your other supplements?
what were you on BEFORE MassFX?
what is your diet like?
 
That problem is much more deeply seated that taking a non-hormonal supplement that will increase libido. If it causes shutdown at all, it will not be to such a caliber as what is being stated above.

Are there other factors such as rest, diet, stress, etc. that have changed in your life? other than stopping massfx?

well its obvious really, mass fx boosted it then when i stopped it went so some kind of shutdown, i know u will say there is no shutdown but there must have been, im not slagging it off as its great stuff if you dont mind the risk of going limp for a month or so I guess.
 
I have been a bit stressed with work but never had this problem, diet is excellent. oh and have done Viagra before only for fun though and it always worked then.

I'm calling bull**** on this. Viagra works through a COMPLETELY different pathway than androgens. If viagra isn't working then you may have some serious health problems on your hand, viagra doesn't NEED a libido to work.

What are you talking about? He said that viagra worked. There's no debate there. I'm not sure I get your point.
