So I still haven't started anything yet, and I squatted 225X12 below parallel yesterday, and DB rowed 100 for 15 with my good and bad arm. Muscle memory is fun!

My wrist still hurts like a sonofa***** when I lift, but I can actually perform the lifts now, whereas I couldn't before. I'm starting a cycle of something this week. My arms and shoulders and back are coming back to life:bb2: , but my fat arse and gut don't wanna budge:donut: without an androgen (or maybe a peptide:box: ).

Days 22-65 Epistane 30mg*7 days, 40mg*21 days, 50mg*15 days.

Days 66------> MassFx and Toremifene. I'll run this or some kind of combination of post cycle therapy stuff until I see fit.
