| Registered User | Mass FX During the 4-8 weeks off I've been taking Mass FX for about 3 weeks now. I take 1 pill 4 times a day . I've made decent gains and I am really satisfied with the product so far. I will probably take the product for 8 weeks and then go off for a month or more. Do you guys recommend anything during the time off besides the basics... Quality Protein from Food (Chicken, turkey, Fish, lean red meat), Protein Powders, Fish oils, Vitamin C, Cissus, MultiVitamins etc... thanks |

I'm 5 foot 8. 190LBs I do cardio 4 times a week, I know people will say its a no no when you are trying to gain strength, but it hasn't effected me at all since I started getting more intense with it, and to tell you the truth my legs have gotten stronger. My Bench is a concern it used to be my best lift and now its my worst. My shoulder started bothering me a while ago and I started getting weaker, and although my shoulder is better now my strength has never came back . My diet is ok, well at least I get plenty of quality protein. I have Chicken Breast or Eggs in the morning. Egg Protein Drink for mid morning snack. Chicken, Turkey, or lean Beef sandwich, Slipping in some low fat lays. Two hours before I work out I have either Half can of turkey by itself or on stone ground Whole Wheat. I have 50 Grams of Whey after the workout follow by some sort of lean meat with some more Stone Ground Whole Wheat bread,Oatmeal, or some Cherrios. Followed before I go to bed with a Egg Protein Drink.. I take Cissus, Vitamin C 1.5-2 Grams, Fish Oil 5-8 grams daily, and a Multivitamin. I'm trying to get my lifts up bench, squat, deadlift without gaining to much weight, well at least gain some here lose some there. I'm not looking to be ultra ripped, just in good shape and strong for my weight. I'm judging if the Mass FX helps by adding it along with keeping my normal routine I was doing before so its the only real variable. I rarely ever miss workouts. Chest Yesterday.. Weight has been the same and I will only note it when its different. | Registered User | Deadlift,back day, and a some hamstrings.. Felt ok. I went to Cardinal fitness today, lots of people there, not really a good place to do Deadlifts, should of went to my normal Gym.. Too many clowns putting all the weight in the gym on Leg Presses, Hacks, Squats and going 1/5 of the way down.. Anyway!!! Deadlifts 225x10 315x5 375x5 415x4 415x4 I did last week one working set of Deadlifts and did 425x3 reps with a belt, this week was without, might make a rep difference. Leg Curls 90x15 120x10 140x10 160x7 Pull Downs 150x12 180x10 220x8 220x8 Seated Rows 120x10 140x10 160x8 180x6 Did 10 minutes of abs followed by 35 minutes on the bike. I feel ok on this stuff almost like Creatine used to increase my strength years ago. I would get a rep or two out of my lifts but not much more back then. I'm not sure really what to expect since I am a life long lifter and peaked in some of my lifts years ago. Does anyone think I should go with the stack for the remaining four weeks? I have about 8-9 days before it hits 4 weeks. |

| Registered User | Chest today.. It was pathetic, I didn't even do as much as last week. I know I'm older now, but I'm not ancient, I used to be able to do 295x9, what happened, and I was lighter then Bench 135x15 185x10 255x4 295x3 Flyes 60x12 60x10 60x11 Inclines 135x10 185x10 205x10 Cardio 30 minutes Needlessly to say I'm not feeling anything right now from the mass FX, no real gains. Funny thing is I thought it was going to start kicking three days after I got it when I did legs and then deadlifts and I thought I felt strong on those days, might have been placebo. The diet seems to be good enough for some modest gains and I'm not depriving myself.. |

I want to get a blood test to see where I am at, but I don't want to my regular doctor because its such a pain in the a$$, so I have to find a another place. I take the Mass FX with food, before, during, or after, thought that was ok, let me know if thats wrong. I bought the Hyperdrol and Retain out of frustration but I hope that will help, didn't start taking it yet should get it today or tomorrow. Maybe I need to bump my calories up, but I'm not doing anything different than I was before so I figure the addition of the supplement would help. | |

| aka HYPEdaddy! & AX Rep | make sure you take atleast one dose of fX pre-workout (about 30-45 minutes before) that iwll help energy levels.... with food is good! HD and Retain are very good to cycle in with the FX! |

Dips felt a little better, not really number wise but when I did them I had no one holding the dip bar stand steady, (when no one holds it steady I can't do as much, the machine is flimsy).
