Re-charging adrenal glands after Stim X- Dr. D in the House?

I am running a recomp stack using a large number of NHA supplements along with DCP, AP, Blaze, and Camph. For a 1 month time period, I will be using Stimulant X @ 2 caps in the morning, that's all. I make sure to get 8-10 hours of sleep each night and I am not going out at all for this month. Everything is in check as far as diet and training. I'm not over-training either. I take a double dose of Vigor for anti-oxidants (2 morning, 1 pre and 1 post workout) and Liv 52 liver formula.

I'm wondering for when I come off of Stimulant X, what kind of protocol I can sum up to keep me from being fatigued and lagged. My adrenals had 6 months rest before this stim X cycle and I don't plan on using a stim after this in the near future.

I was thinking about 2 weeks of sub q vitamin B12 injections, 1 gram of tyrosine at night, and hmmm... not sure. I know there are adrenal formulas out there, but I don't want to take freeze dried cortisol or whatnot, I just want something to recharge my adrenals to full, functioning capacity and money is not an option for this. Would benadryl at night help? or ketotifen? Or do they only clean beta 2 receptors and Stim X doesn't really agonize those...?

Any input would be greatly appreciated!

Does Vigor have C in it? The main factor is vitamin C. Adrenal function and vitamin C levels correlate to a high degree. A good B-complex too if diet is limited and the precursor approach like the tyrosine you plan to use. Phenylalanine might actually support adrenal production better because epinephrine is the primary adrenal hormone, but tyrosine supports norepinephrine better, more directly at least. I would take these amino precursors first thing in the AM on an empty stomach for max effect. Ketotifen wouldn't hurt but the half-lives of the stuff you are using are short enough plus you're getting enough sleep that I don't think it is really needed. I would try to avoid Benadryl though. If your taking an NHA approach that means you are encouraging steriodogenesis and chronic anti-histamines can be detrimental to test production. Keep the diet high in protein too. The B12 is always a good idea. You can store it up to 6 years in the liver, so daily shots are pointless. Loading up for a few weeks every now and then like you said you were doing is all you really need. Your plan looks good my friend. I bet you have an awesome recomp!

Thanks very much Dr. D. With the help of your post, I have come up with the following protocol:

Weeks 1 and 2:
Emergen C tablet 1 tab/3x per day
B12 injection @ 2000 mg per day
Tyrosine @ 1 gram before bed
Ketotifen Fumerate @ 2 mg before bed

Week 3:
Emergen C tablet 1 tab morning and 1 tab evening
Thinking of using pGH for it's fatloss effects and pGH seemed to recharge almost everything when I used it before.

I will continue taking my anti-oxidants (Vigor double-dosed) forever and I am taking glucophase XR @ 3 caps before bed as well.

I am taking a low dose of Cymbalta for depression/anxiety and it's a selective nor-epinephrine and seratonin re-uptake inhibitor, so I have a feeling that this will help reduced neurotransmitter levels. I will take no more than 1 gram of tyrosine for a couple weeks as I have had complications with it before when I wasn't taking Cymbalta... Not sure if you know anyone who's suffered from too much seratonin (Seratonin Syndrome), but I was absolutely manic and enraged and couldn't pinpoint it until I finally sat down and went over EVERYTHING on anything I had been taking. At 4-5 grams in divided doses (which may be high to many), my eyeballs were pitch black and I would make irrational decisions without reason or logic.

I also take Liv 52 which I am thinking about stopping after this bottle as I've been taking it for about a year now (2 months straight, then stopping for 2 weeks and so on...). Vigor @ 4 caps per day seems like more than enough anti-oxidant protection and I am going to be using SirPlus (USPs resveratrol product) when it comes out.

After my recomp is complete, I plan on using the following products for a lifetime:
Super Cissus Rx (1 cap 4x per day)
Cialabol (a small dose with breakfast, a moderate dose with post-workout meal)
SirPlus (whatever the dosing protocol may be)
Camphibolic (3 caps morning, 3 caps pre workout, 3 caps before bed)
Anabolic Pump (1 cap/ 3x per day)
Vigor (2 caps morning, 1 pre workout, 1 post workout)

I figure that it's always good to detox and take a break with supplements and training, so every 3 months I will take 1 week off from training and 2 weeks off of supplements and use a detox program protocol with organic foods only.

Each time I think I hit the nail right on the head with my lifetime plan, new products come out, old ones get buried, and a new girlfriend screws with my mentality... lol... 2007 baby: Unstoppable focus and momentum that will bust through any obstacle like a freight train over an ant-hill!

I like the way StimX works with/for me and I will not be using any other stim. Everything else with me and my lifestyle is in check and Stim X (at 2 caps in the morning 5 minutes before breakfast on an empty stomach) gives me energy all day long that starts you off to a productive morning, afternoon, and tapers off nicely throughout the evening. I sleep fine, I dose the next day. Simple.

Why take StimX or any stim daily ? . Why not take them ONLY pre workout thus you dont get "used' to it and its just that much better when you workout.

When I workout in the afternoon or evening, if I took a Stim X pre-workout, I'd be up all night posting on Anabolicminds for help with my insomnia. I am not feeling any drop off in energy from Stim X. Been using it for 5 days now and it's still awesome. I don't care to try and get high or buzzed off of it like some users claim, I'm just using it so I can get more out of my day and accelerate my fatloss efforts. IMO it is too strong for pre-workout anyways. Even if taking with a large meal, it still feels like it has some adrenalin mimmetic properties and I'll end up cutting myself short when I'm pushing to the max. If never needed anything pre-workout though... I go in, I pretty much eyeball the weights, warmup with some industrial music and charge the first machine like it just killed my father.

Plus, there is NO problem with using Stim X everyday as long as you cycle off every couple of months or so! As is the case with any stim! Pluc, if you JUST want a pre-workout energizer, Rampage is good for that and cheaper! Stim X is more of an allday energy / pick-me-up than a pre-workout enrgizer!

I actually have a better workout with it use same weight as usual or more and faster between sets however everyone is different . I train in am so your right taking it later during the day isnt good idea.

I pour the contents of the capsule into water also pour contents of 2 cissus capsules -white blood and 2 teaspoons tyrosine mix in blender .Workouts have never been better . I train on empty stomach as train before work .
