HyperMASS Week 1 Summary:

Bodyweight:

242 (+2 lb)

Nutrition / Macros:

3500-4000 cals (might increase to 4000-4500 during week 2 ?)
45/35/20 (very pleased with this)

Thoughts / Sides:

- Stretchmark on my right delt ! Hell yea !
- Noticable "on" feeling
- VERY thirsty
- VERY deep / restful sleep
- Libido UP
- Improved vascularity and "pumps"
- Small difference in body comp (most noticable after cardio)
- Don't want to leave the gym / Alpha male kicking in
- Recovery is excellent as usual





HyperMASS Week 2 Summary:

Bodyweight:

243-244 (+4 lb overall)

Nutrition / Macros:

4000-4500 cals (+500)

Thoughts / Sides:

- Aggressive and easily pissed off
- Don't want to leave the gym / Alpha male kicking in..but at the same time..
- Lethargic, but intensity up once I get going
- Definately feeling a boost on the last few sets
- Still notice the "on" feeling
- Sore due to being able to push myself harder
- Noticable "on" feeling
- Strength is up around 5-10%
- VERY, VERY thirsty
- Deep / restful sleep continues... wake up lethargic and sore.. any suggestions from previous HyperMASS users ?
- Subtle but noticable gains so far. Was talking on another forum about this. On my 240lb frame it can be difficult to see +4lb

Very lethargic, so I took some caffeine pre-workout... I would definately recommend this. I was able to power through the workout and overall just felt great instead of lethargic.

Much needed off day... feeling under the weather. Just going by "feel" and listening to my body because it's taking a beating. One adjustment is that training volume will decrease slightly while trying to keep intensity as high as possible (that is... if this isn't the flu trying to get me.)

Definately not 100% so you'll notice the shorter workout... still have to power through and stay active (even if it's a cold coming on). Just enough at the gym though to stimulate, stretch, and move on. Again it was a real struggle to hit my target macros / calories.

Dude, I used to work for a chinese restaurant where the owner allowed me to eat as much food & drink as much as I wanted.

I always looked forward to Fridays since he cooked Sesame chicken. I would get free flow servings of sesame chicken

****in a... one of my co-workers has strep throat. Hoping that this is totally unrelated. Even after plenty of quality sleep I'm feelin like shiat.. wake up feeling very stiff but it gets better from there...lots of fluids and juice. Cardio was actually the highlight of the day. Still very easily pissed off.
