    Interested in testing. Information is as follows:
    Age: 22
    Sex: M
    Height: 6'2"
    Weight 210
    Body Type: Endo
    Training experience: Trained for 7 years, the last 3 have been substantially more serious than the previous years. Also a certified personal trainer and nutrition advisor.
    Training schedule: Train 5 days a week. Rest days wednesdays and sundays. Usually train on a 2 body part/day split which changes every 3 to 4 weeks. For example instead of doing bi's and back, after 3 weeks I would change to tri's and back etc.
    Cardio schedule: usually do 30-45 mins of low intensity cardio per workout at the end of the workout. Target heart rate is around 150 bpm.
    Current supplements: Recently finished cycle of h-50 (fast action), winztrol (juggernaut) and m-zol (G Labz)
    Current diet: 2500-3000 calories a day. Caloric breakdown of nutrients is 40/30/30 protein/fat/carbohydrates
    Daily water: 1 gallon/day
    Short term goal: add 5-10 lbs of lean muscle
    long term goal: be 225 with >7% body fat
    Prescription drugs: claritin

    Ive logged Megadosed cissus and YG here at AM. Ive also done the asteroid stack from USP. I have used everything ALRI and AX makes except BAM and MassFX. I record my meals everyday and workouts as well. Heres my stats:

    Age: 23

    Sex: Male

    Weight: 241

    BodyFat: 12-14(Im bulking and its been about 3 weeks since I checked it last)

    Training: 7 years
    Current Routine: Sun- Shoulders/Traps/Abs/Calves
    Wed- Back/Bis/Abs/Calves
    Thurs- Chest/Tris/Abs/Calves
    Fri- Deads/Legs/Abs/Calves

    Cardio- 3 times per week in first thing in the morning. I normally do sprints. Run 2 minutes, walk 1 minute, repeat etc.

    Nutrition:
    Water- 1.5 gallons per day
    Cals- 3800-4500(changes with different goals)
    Carbs- 20-350gs (Depending on whether Im bulking or cutting) I carbcycle when cutting.
    Fat- 80-100gs
    Protein- 320-380gs
    (Ill list exact meal plan if chosen)

    Prescription/Nonprescription Drugs- NONE

    Supplements- Ive tried almost every product from the companies on AM. Currently my staples are:
    -Vit E(400iu) 2per day
    -Vit C(1000mg) 2 per day
    -GNC Multi- 2 per day
    -Cissus- 6 per day
    -Fish Oil(1000mg)- 6 per day
    -CLA(1000mg)- 6 per day
    -Excell- 3 servings a day
    -Dymatize Elite whey- changes
    - Perfect Foods Greens Powder- 1 scoop per day
    - Acai Juice- 1-2oz per day
    (Im probably leaving something out, but Ill add it later if I need to)
    -YG/AP- 2-4 caps per day

    GOALS- short term- bulk up to 250, hit 220-230 at 8%bf
    long term- be a lean 255-260lbs

    WHY I WOULD USE MASSFX- Id like to use it as a recomp or ********, but I can do whatever you want. I gain weight fairly easily, so Im always trying to stay lean when bulking.
