Been competing in bodybuilding for 3 years, 4 contests so far with three coming up this summer. Two certs for personal training (APEX IFPA) since 2002.

    Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): 2 on 1 off, just did a show in Sacramento 6 weeks ago. Gained 20 lbs in two days and still at that same weight. Trying to stay lean and put one quality pounds. My diet for the Sac show was 20 weeks and cut 75 lbs, so no way in hell am I gonna do that again. Basic bodybulding workouts, some light days some heavy most are in-between with moderate reps (8-12). Strength is actually declining a little.

    I have been weight training since I have been 14 yrs old but, like most of us, had a long learning curve full of ups and downs in terms of progress. I have used every type of program that is known (splits, Full body, crossfit, pyramid, rest pause, etc) and finally know which type works best for me. I played Division 1 sports for 4 years at The Ohio State University so I have been through this system as well. I consider myself an athlete whose new sport is bodybuilding. I know my body and what actually works when I use it. I was skeptical about Superdrol but this blew my socks off. Thats why I know you guys will deliver again.

    Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):

    Right now I follow a three day a week training program which consists of full body workouts each day. I still to compound exercises like deads, squats, pull-ups, bench, cleans, etc. On the off days I do GPP (General Physical Preparedness) exercises such as sled drags and sledge hammer swings. cardio in the morning 2 days per week.

    Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):

    2 days per week, first thing in the morning, 40 minutes incline walk

    Current supplements (exact brand/product name):

    Scivation Xtend

    Current Nutrition and Macros (as much detail as possible):

    I eat very clean each day. My carbs come from grapefruit, bananas, apples and various greens (asparagus and spinach). 7 meals per day each with protein from chicken or egg whites and fats from almonds, fish oil, egg yolk and natural peanut butter.

    Daily macros look like this:

    Protein: 300 - 330g
    Carb: 100 - 200g
    Fat: 40 - 150g

    Each of these depend on what exercises I do each day and I switch it up pretty often. One meal every three days is a complete fat/carb meal with oatmeal, honey, blueberries and a sweet potato. this is to keep my metabolism high so no fat is stored.

    Training experience (as much detail as possible):
    Training for about 15 years, almost exclusively for performance and no bodybuilding. My training has traditionally been based around Squat, Power Cleans and Bench Presses. I have done just about everything to get athletic strength - Oly Lifting, strongman training, kettlebells, 20 rep squats. I am now in the Army (Combat Arms) so my training is purely functional - lots of endurance work and trying to get as strong as possible without getting heavier. I am curious to what effect this product would have on me - a guy trying to gain strength while cutting. Plus I can't pass up the chance for free stuff.

    Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible):
    Train 4 days a week
    DAY 1-3
    KB circuit
    OA Snatch 40kg x 5-7 reps
    OA press 32kg 8-10 reps
    2KB Jerk 32kgx8-10 reps
    Banded KB Floor Press 32kg+bands x12-15 reps
    KB Swing 40kgx6-8 reps
    OA Floor Press 90-105lbs x 5-8 reps
    Complete circuit 4-5 times

    DAY 2-4
    Weighted Pullups 5x5
    Squats 10,8,6,4
    Good Mornings 4x6
    Tire Flip 4x25meters
    hanging Leg Raises 4x12

    Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible):
    Mon - Sprint Day 6 miles of 400m sprints/400m recovery jogs
    Tues- Roadmarch 8 miles with 35lbs gear (go up 5lbs every 2nd week)
    Wed - 6 mile Tempo Run
    Thurs - 1000m swim
    Fri- rest
    SAT or Sun - 7-8 mile slow run


    Current Supplements (exact brand/product name):
    Universal Animal Cuts
    Target brand multi-vitamin

    Total EFA

    Current Diet and macros (as much detail as possible):
    This is where I have slacked lately, but his is my goal:
    3000 -3500 cals
    250-300g protein
    200-230g carbs
    70-80g fats

    Current Daily water intake:
    1-2 gallons a day
    Short Term Goal:
    Contine to get stronger while cracking the 10% BF line
    OA strict press my 40kg KB
    10 pullups with 50lbs
    Squat 450lbs (again)
    Get Faster!


    Long Term Goal:
    Get to a ripped 210-215lbs
    maintain 10% BF
    3 pullups w/100lbs
    Squat 550lbs
    run 5miles in 35 min or less

    ANY and ALL Prescription / Non-Prescription / Recreational drugs:
    none - don't drink don't smoke don't chew - and don't date no girls who do

    Supplement history (as much detail as possible):
    I would drink Strawberry Heavyweight Gainer 900 everyday if I could. For about 2 years I did. Results - 270lbs.

    Creatine both CEE and Mono. None recently though.

    Did Andro in late 1990's. It made me real mad though.

    I recently did a month of Alpha Drive XL and Stim X. good stuff.

    I drink Whey protein daily. I do bulk AAKG and AEE.

    Horny Goat Weed!!! That stuff would give wood to my Great Uncle Frank - and he died in 1989!!

    Until recently I took ECA like it was candy.

    oh well, can't say i didnt try. i think i may go ahead and purchase both anyway and log them. this seems like a really awesome product and if they are i want to be able to let people know. hopefully with an excellent log on the books i'll be looked at more favorably next time!

    I think AE is looking for guys who appear to know about proper training, diet, nutrition and know what a good supplement does. As well as a range of sizes and shapes, hardgainers and alike. For example, If in your app you said you eat 1500 cals a day a 200lbs i would overlook your app because i wouldnt want my bad habit reflecting good supps.
    Just my guess but you need to have your training down and constant so the supps are reflected positively, as they work and believe me i know. If your workouts diet and supps are in place then figure out how to fix your resume. sorry if im off kilt with this answer but im bored and trying to help.

    And what exactly in my app do you think would disqualify me SWG? I have both my training and diet in check right now. I appreciate your interpretation of the selection process however, I don't feel your answer applies to me. I'm not sure if you looked at my application or not, but I'm currently consuming 4,000 cals/day. I felt I would be a good candidate since I'm not currently taking several other supplements that say they promote muscle mass, like several of the other applicants. My current training routine and diet have been rock steady for the past four months and I can feel a plateau coming on soon. Therefore, I think the variables are desirable to put MassFX to the test.
