MOST DEFINITELY!!!

I take it every day at soon as i wake up with my first meal!! The new fat burning powers are really amazing, too! Apowerz6 is shedding fat like crazy using it in preparation for his contest in December!!
 
Still good for energy and appetite suppression! I would finish that and then get a new one. No need to wast product! Or, you could get another one and take the new formula on workout days and the other on off days. That way you will get some of the additional benefits and not waste product! :D
 
i mainly take it for the energy and for the appetite suppression. i work graveyards and i can use the extra jolt and it helps fend off those midnight cravings
 
You can take it everyday, but I would recommend cycling off ANY supplement you take once in a while- ESPECIALLY stimulants
