Should Stimulant X make you fail a drug test?

I would like to put a hefty friend on Stim X, but I do not want him to piss dirty for meth or speed or something. Should this affect his test?

Just looking at the label in front of me...it doesn't appear to have anything that would show up on any test. It might actually help you pass a test with the geranium! (I am making that up.)
