Was hoping to get the thought behind the inclusion of this specific ingredient in MassFX III?
From what I am aware of, this one seems like it 'cuts both ways'. Its a phyto-estrogen (bad) but it may optimize E2 levels...its been recommended for use in women in menopause, but, it also may block aromatase.
Its heart and prostate healthy, but, it may raise synthesis of SHBG.
Its a precursor of enterolactone, which is not necessarily on my list of things I want to rise....but....it may block certain estrogen receptors (when estrogen levels are low?).
Its also a good antioxidant and probably improves general health in most cases.
Its seems like part of a big picture here, but Im not sure what role it serves exactly? insight?? rivateeye:
