I was curious if someone could help me with the dosing of hyperdrol and leanfx.. I was thinking something like this

8- wake up - 1 hyperdrol 1 leanfx
12 - 2 hyperdrol - 1 leanfx
1-1:30- workout
9 - 2 hyperdrol - 1 leanfx
10- bed

i tried to do a search on it before asking but I couldnt find a definite answer and was hpoing you guys could help!
 
Howdy! I gotchya covered...

Good shot at a dosing plan, but I'd suggest a few tweaks. For LeanFX, dose when you wake, 4 hours later (noon), and another around dinnertime. For Hyperdrol, 1 cap when you wake, 1 cap mid-day (afternoon?), and 2 caps before bed each night. Doing it that way puts more HX2 in your system before you rest, which is when our bodies produce the most hormones and we have the greatest potential for estrogen conversion. That higher dose will knock down that extra estrogen while you sleep, and should even help you to sleep better!

What I've noticed is that you're taking the anti-cortisol supplement before your workout.

I'd opt to take it post workout. If you get a little bit of cortisol in your while you're working it, it's not too too bad, as it helps increase your energy levels, for a more effective workout. A workout lasting less than 1 hour isn't going to do a whole lotta damage, it's the time after the workout that counts because this is when your body has "gotten the message" that it needs to grow. Having high cortisol in your system post workout is going to damper muscle gains, and increase the rate of fat storage at rest. It's those 4 or so hours after the workout, where cortisol is gonna make the difference, so I'd recommend post-workout supplementation of leanFX.
