Good questions, man! Thank you for asking them! I know that we often set up a dosing protocol based on the 9-5 work schedule or the "college day", but the 3rd shift folks need help too!!
It's really pretty simple to set up your own schedule once you know a few basic tips:
SX - 1-2 when you wake up, whenever that is, and that's it....ever....always. Done!
LFX - 1 when you wake, 1 4 hours later, 1 with "dinner", whenever that may be. Done!
HX2 - Switch your dosing up to something like this:
When you wake up - 1 HX2
Middle of your shift or middle of your waking day - 1 HX2
Before you go to bed, whenever - 2 HX2
That will simplify and eliminate one of your dosing times. Can you take everything all at once? Sure! When you wake, hit up 2 SX, 1 LFX, and 1 HX2. Drop SX for the rest of the day (night) and run the others as described above however they may fit into your schedule. Dosing HX2 with food isn't a must unless you feel a bit wonky (yes, wonky) after dosing it on an empty stomach. Otherwise, everything here can be taken without food. (In fact, we highly recommend hitting the SX dose atleast 30 minutes before your first meal for better absorption.)
