Hey whats up everyone? I'm a new member here and i have a few questions. Well i've been working out hard for a about 2 years now with reg supps.

Now im ready to take it the next level and try Anabolic Extreme products : ) I want to stack 3 AD ( my 1st ever ph cycle) with Mass FX, APCT and Lean FX. How does this sound 3 AD, Mass FX take weeks 1-6 and weeks 7-10 take APCT,lean FX. I'M 194 LBS so i figure i would take 4 a day of the 3 ad and Mass FX? Weeks 7-10 3 a day of the APCT and Lean FX? Now if this is ok how would u dose it on my scheduale? Also i know i need atleast 15-20g of fat taken with the 3 AD......
Awake 5:30am
Breakfast 6:30am
Potein shake 9am
lunch 12noon
Protein shake 2pm
snack 5 pm
Workout 6-7:30pm
Protein shake 7:30pm-7:45pm
Dinner 8:30
in bed by 10 pm
maybe a shake (nyrtroplex) in the middle of the night if i feel like it. Also I "TRY" to drink a gallon of h2o a day...
