Hey guys,
I am 21 years old, been lifting on and off for 5years. lately got really serious about it. I went from 130 to 155 in only 3 months after a 7 month break. Im 5'6". Anyway, i seem to have hit a plateau and will try for the next two months to break through it. But I feel I want to try 3-ad because it is non methylated and mild.

What type of gains can i expect to gain and keep?

PCT: Apct, and mass fx

no cycle support or post cycle support (do you think ill need it?)

Since I'm so young is it possable 3-ad will not affect me positavley or yeild better gains than my natural?

I'm anxious to see a response. I'm 21 also and at 5'9 can't get past the 175 mark. I've been looking at havoc, but it looks pretty potent.

I heard havoc is kinda harsh and its hard to keep the gains after cycle.

H drol and 3-ad I heard are pretty mild, good gains, and easy to retain post cycle.

Hey guys, sorry for the tardiness -weekends are kinda downtime a bit... ;)

At 21, I'd feel comfortable in saying that you can safely and effectively do a 3-AD cycle. Sides are minimal, which makes it very nice to use. For this reason, some call it "mild", though the effects from it range from person to person. For a newbie to the PH game, it should do you quite well!

Though, I have to ask if you've tried any other supplements out first before resorting to things on this level. So many are eager to jump into PHs that they totally skip the more natty supps out there. I've used this analogy before, but it's like getting your driver's license and hopping into a Corvette for your first drive. If you haven't tried natty test boosters, it'd be a good place to start. Products like MassFX and HyperdrolX2 are just as good together as some PHs are, but without the side effects or need for post cycle therapy. Just a thought for ya, if you were hesitant about diving in head first...

Gains that you keep on a 3-AD cycle should stick with you pretty well, given that you keep up the training intensity after you finish. Progress will continue through PCT (which aPCT is great for) and may even go on for a few weeks afterwards. It's not unheard of! A problem that most find is that after their cycle, it seems as if they are weaker and aren't doing as well as they did on-cycle. Well, yeah! You're not on anything anymore and that additive has left your body! But, and this is a big but here, if you continue to have the attitude that you are going to go in and give it your all each and every time (like you're supposed to anyway), then that intensity will keep you going strong. With that, the gains you've made will stick around. Continue to push through well after the cycle. Don't just from bulk to cut or anything silly. Just go for it!

And because 3-AD is indeed a non-methyl PH, there's no need for support supplements.

Any questions, just fire away! We'll do what we can to help, and probably even more!!

thANK YOU very much. you know what, ill probably go with the mass fx and hyperdrol x2 and see if that will help me break through my plateau. I do think I'll try 3-ad in the future so hopefully, if it doesnt get banned I'll get to experience it.

Also, can mass fx be stacked with aPCT durring pct?

Sounds like a solid plan you have there. Start the timeline with MFX/HX2, then wait a few weeks and take it from there. Baby steps, afterall... :D

MFX can definitely be taken with aPCT. It will help to raise free test levels during that period, which translates to continued gains after the cycle itself.

If you need any help along the way, just ask! We're always around for ya.

Did that make sense? I'm not very up on all this shortened lingo. It's hard for a word-smith spin-doctor like myself to "keep it short". Just ask anyone who knows me!!

But yes, you are very welcome. If you need anything at all, don't hesitate to ask!
