![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | 3-ad cycle please critique little long but please give input. -40, 5'10, 205lb, 12-14%, many years training, havent done any gear of any sorts since high school. -supp staples- Anabolic Innovations(AI) essentials, protein, xtend, toco-8, coq10, fish oil, walnuts(i know its food but actually 2 servings daily with shake), prosta health -proposed cycle- week 1 thru 4 - 3ad + staples + AI cycle support week 5 thru 8- AX APCT + staples + AX Lean FX + AI life support week 8 on staples + AX lean fx -Diet- high protein, moderately high fats, moderate carbs -training- right now i do a push-pull with 2 push 1 week and 1 pull then vice versa the next week. considering going to a 4 day split so i can really hammer legs and get more volume on all body parts. reps will be pyramiding down from roughly 15-5 -cardio- 6 days per week. 3 will be fasted low intensity. 3 will be shorter hiit type after workouts other than leg day im mostly working towards a recomp and think this will be a good cycle. | |||
