Looking for some input. I am trying to go from around 12% bf to around 8%, while retaining as much muscle as possible. I will be increasing cardio to everyday and cleaning up the diet. My question is this - Is the LeanFX enough on its own, or should I add in another fat burner supplement? Any help or advice would be great as I always have difficulty getting below the 12% bf level. Thanks.

Hi n5605r,

Sounds like you have the fundamentals down... Diet is key along with the right amount of cardio.

As far as Lean FX is concerned, its potent on its own, but how fast are you trying to get to your goal?

A very good stack I would recommend is Lean FX/Stimulant-X.
2 Stim X in the morning, 1 after lunch
3 Lean FX spread evenly thru the day.

When Slim-X gets released you are going to love that! Be on the lookout!

You can add Hyperdrol in any combination of the 2 and help preserve more muscle tissue, and continue to increase fat burning.
Dose HD
1 upon waking, 1 mid-afternoon, 2 before bed.

Good Luck,

D

LeanFX should be enough to make a significant change in body composition. Depending on what your goals are, and how you are planning to attack them, it could be enough, or other tactics might be necessary.

As the others have mentioned, StimX will help a bunch. Hyperdrol or MassFX could also be employed, as they provide great nutrient repartitioning, which leads to an improved body composition as well. They're not just for bulking.

Supplements aside, the best thing to do is a li'l cardio. While a the concept of HIIT-driven cardio has shown to give great results in bodyfat reduction, it's also quite taxing on the nervous system. Low intensity cardio (1) using stored bodyfat as primary substrate (2) is not taxing on the body. I recommend trying some low intensity cardio for 30-45 minutes a few days during the week, on an empty stomach.

I'm a big fan of incline set to 15 at 2.5-3 mph on a treadmill for 15-20 minutes. :puppy_dog_eyes:

Thanks for all the great input. Within the last week, I have started to notice a major difference in my bf levels. I am doing the cardio (both high intensity and low intensity to keep it varied), and keeping the diet clean. Seems to be an excellent product on its own, espeically since I "feel" no side effects at all.

Really glad you like the Lean FX.
