hmmm.... Thinking.... Ok...
I think with the slew of things that you have planned there, I'd say that it would be best to kick things off with the 3-AD cycle, move into PCT phase as planned, and perhaps slowly introduce your "cutting" supplements in after the mid-way point of PCT. The trione is the hang-up, but it'd be like adding another anti-estro in there (if memory serves me correctly). You could get away with starting at a lower dose and then taking it up to full after aPCT runs out. Something like REDuction may be taken at any time during this.
One thing to remember is that overly complicated stacks and cycles can become overly complicated very very quickly. The last time I ran something with this many different components it took me no less than 6 months to plan it. (Don't believe, me, ask Macedaddy and Dr. D!) I plan VERY well when I do something big, and my results were very good from it consequently.
As another thought, if you are concerned about running too many things and trying to "fit it all in", focus more on a simpler cycle (say the AX products together as you had planned), and save the others for a month or so down the road. A successful cut doesn't just happen. Worry less about the pills and focus more time and energy on getting a really solid routine and schedule down. And definitely keep a watchful eye on the end of the fork - what goes in during this period is probably the most important factor. Food and your caloric/macro intake will make or break you.
Spoken from one "pudgy round the middle" guy to another, I've been there, done that, and keep on trying it. Take your time and focus on what you truly want to do. If it takes 6 months to drop 2 pants sizes, then you've had one helluva good half-year!!!
