Whats up guys I have a question...I've been taking Massfx/hyper stack, I'm in my third week. My 3AD was backordered and should be here by Friday or Monday, Can I just go into the 3AD or do I have to wait?

Howdy!

I'd wait. Finish out what you have now and then wait 4 weeks. You need the time for your system to clear before running something else. Doing this will give you the greater benefit from 3-AD. Besides, you'll not want to run HyperdrolX2 and 3-AD at the same time.

Oh man you are gonna LOVE 3-AD, my hubby made so much progress when using it last year. He is going to start another cycle soon too :D You gonna look good dude :D

Re-read the last sentence in the post you've quoted.

We don't recommend adding 3-AD to a stack that contains Hyperdrol, as the two deter the effectiveness of one another.

When helping you out, we were under the information that you were only taking MassFX.

Yep. Bob's right. I don't make mistakes. ;) :trout:

3-AD and MFX are just fine, even one run into the other as you are doing. Incorporating HX2 into the equation and that's something different. :)

I read your post wrong.. :sad6: I have too much 3-AD in my system, it is making me crazy!!! J/K

I'm sure he followed up with PCT. He's not one to do something irresponsibly. ;)

Well, I hear that there's some really great supplements to take for support found at yourlocalgrocery.store called "food-tech". Other than that, nothing needed! ;)

3-AD isn't methylated, so liver toxicity won't be an issue. Thusly, the typical "supports" aren't needed. If anything, a good multi and protein as always, would be your best "supports". Make sure you note the fat intake recommendations for the dosing, as 3-AD needs fats to properly absorb. Other than that, there's not much to it! Easy peasy lemon squeezy.

What do you recommend as a "support" stack while on 3-AD?

I'd guess "support" stack on 3AD would be stapples? Fish Oil, BCAA, Protein, Sesamin Oil, Creatine and maybe a pre w/o supp? As i hear you need a crapload of healthy fats with each of your doses of 3 AD so why not down it with some good food, nuts and 3 caps of your fav. oil!

I suppose if you are prone to high cholesterol or blood pressure, a BP or Cholest controlling supplement could be used as part of a "support stack". Prohormones are known to increase cholesterol and BP, no matter how mild they may be.

For cholesterol control, I would recommend 500-800mg of niacin. It lowers LDL and increases HDL.

For BP, there's potassium, celery seed extract, hawthorne berry, and a low-sodium diet.
